About the Collective

The Welcome Collective is a growing network of small business owners who value sustainability, craftsmanship, and community. Founded by Libby Imieka, the maker behind repurpose it, the collective was created to connect like-minded folks doing good work in and around Brant County — and to make it easier for you to discover and support them.

Whether you're looking to shop small, collaborate with local talent, or find services rooted in purpose and care — you’re welcome here.

You'll be part of a community that supports local talent, embraces slow business, and celebrates meaningful work. Whether you're a product maker, service provider, or artist, The Welcome Collective offers a space for you to connect, grow, and shine.

We can't wait to connect with you.

Coffee & Community

For members of The Welcome Collective

Join us on the third Saturday of each month for Coffee & Community — a casual, welcoming meetup. We'll gather at a rotating local coffee shop or community space to connect, recharge, and enjoy meaningful conversation with fellow creatives, entrepreneurs, and neighbours.

Whether you’re here to network, share ideas, or just enjoy a slow morning with friendly faces, this is your space to feel grounded and supported.

While we hope parents can take this time for themselves, we completely understand that life doesn’t always work that way — little ones are always welcome if they need to come along. During the warmer months, we may even take things outside to a local park with iced coffees in hand so the kids can play while we connect.

We can't wait to connect with you.
